Return of goods
- We guarantee the quality of all our products.
- According to Art. 47 of The Consumer Protection Act (CPA) detailed conditions for purchasing our products are presented on the page Terms of service.
- If our products do not meet your requirements, you have the right to immediately refuse one or more items, as well as the entire order, using the "View and test" option of the serving courier company.
- According to Art. 50 of the Consumer Protection Act (CPA), the goods received by the consumer, due to the nature of the Internet trade, can be returned within 14 days after the purchase, counting from the date of delivery, without express reasons for this, with a return at the expense of the user, as long as the condition of the goods is the same as at the time of its delivery to the customer.
- The 14-day period begins to run from the date of acceptance of the goods by the consumer or by a third party other than the carrier and indicated by the consumer.
- The User is obliged to inform the Merchant that, on the basis of Art. 50 of the Civil Code, renounces the distance contract (the purchase of the goods) before the expiry of the 14-day period from the receipt of the goods.
- The confirmation of the refusal of purchase, according to Art. 47 of the Civil Code, it is done through a standard application form, which you can download in Bulgarian from HERE… or in English by HERE… and send it as an email attachment: info@lucky-handmade.com .
- After receiving the form, we will send you an immediate confirmation of the purchase cancellation request form by email.
- The return of the goods is at your expense, to the address of the Merchant (1404 Sofia, Gotse Delchev Quarter, 62 Deyan Belishki Street, Lucky Art store).
- When returning goods, the User must consider the following:
- The goods must be returned to the Merchant within 14 days from the date of sending the form-application for refusal of purchase;
- Purchased merchandise must not have been used, except to check size, appearance or condition;
- The integrity or appearance of the goods must not be impaired;
- The goods must not be soiled or damaged;
- Accessories should not be missing.
- If the goods were paid for by Cash on Delivery, please attach to the completed form and the Postal Money Order Receipt received by the courier when returning.
- If the goods were paid for by card or via PayPal, please attach to the completed form and the fiscal receipt sent to you when returning
- In case of non-compliance with any of the above requirements, the Merchant has the right to refuse acceptance of the goods by the User and it will be returned to you at your expense, accompanied by a written reason for refusal of acceptance.
- Refunds for returned goods, if the returned goods meet the requirements described above, are made as follows:
- if the goods were paid for by cash on delivery, the amount for the returned item (excluding the delivery amount paid by you to the courier company) is refunded within 14 (fourteen) days after receipt of the purchase cancellation application form specified by you bank account on the opt-out form;
- if the goods were paid for in advance, by bank transfer, the amount for the returned item, together with the amount paid for delivery, is refunded within 14 (fourteen) days after receipt of the purchase cancellation application form, by bank transfer, in the bank account you specified in the application form.
- in case the payment was made in advance, with a credit or debit card, through the secure system of the United Bulgarian Bank (UBB), the refund of the amount for the returned item, together with the amount of delivery, is done by ordering a reverse operation on the card with which the payment has been made within 14 (fourteen) days after receiving the purchase cancellation application form;
- in case the payment was made in advance via PayPal, the refund of the amount for the returned item, together with the shipping amount, is made to your PayPal account (account) within 14 (fourteen) days after receiving the cancellation request form from purchase.
- Important! Shipping costs will not be refunded if you have chosen a shipping method other than the cheapest one offered by the Merchant.
- The merchant may withhold refunds to the consumer until he receives the goods or until the consumer provides proof that he has sent the goods back, whichever is earlier.
- Please take care of the products while they are with you and when you return them to avoid damage or loss in transit!
