What information do I need to place an order?

To place an order, you need: name and surname, exact delivery address, contact phone number and e-mail. Be sure to note the name and size of the product you have chosen. If you want an invoice, you must select "Yes" in the box and fill in the details of the company to which the invoice will be issued. The owner of the site - "Terrateh" EOOD is not a VAT registered company and we issue simplified invoices. You can also place your order by phone: +359886540106.

What are the delivery times?

All online orders placed before 16.00pm are dispatched the same day. Orders received on Friday after 17.00pm or on weekends and holidays will be dispatched on the first working day. The standard delivery time of courier companies is one to three working days, depending on the region of delivery. For abroad: 5 - 7 working days, depending on the work of the postal or courier services.

With which courier company does the delivery take place?

For Bulgaria, we use the courier services of Econt and Speedy of your choice.

What is the cost of the courier service?

The delivery price depends on the courier company you choose, as well as the destination (address) to which the order must be sent. For orders worth over €55.00 / 107.57 BGN, delivery to an office in Bulgaria of the courier company “Speedy” is free of charge. In this case, upon receipt of the order, the Customer pays only the value of the goods, as well as a “Cash on Delivery” fee to “Speedy” (0.84% ​​on the value of the goods), if he chooses this payment method. When paying online with a card through the system of United Bulgarian Bank (UBB) or to a bank account, a “Cash on Delivery” fee is not paid.

Do you provide discounts?

Yes. Lucky-handmade.com's main policy is customer care. Apart from guaranteed quality of our handmade products, we also try to satisfy our customers by providing various trade discounts.

Permanent discounts for shopping online
With every purchase of products with a total value of over €55.00 / BGN107.57, with delivery to Bulgaria, the Customer receives an automatically generated eight-digit discount code for a 10% discount on their next purchase. The code is included in the order completion email.
The code is valid for one purchase within the next 30 days of receipt, regardless of the value of the purchase. Cannot be used concurrently with other codes.
The code is filled in by the Customer in the specialized fields "Promo code" on the pages "Cart" or "Completion of the order" and automatically charges the discount.
The discount code is not valid for the next purchase of all types of rehearsal skirts, as well as for products on sale.
Bulk orders of rehearsal skirts are subject to automatic cart discounts (all skirt colors and sizes can be combined) as follows:
– 2% when ordering 25 to 50 skirts;
– 5% when ordering 51 to 100 skirts;
– 10% for orders over 100 skirts.

Do you have a store where I can see and purchase the products in person?

Do you deliver products abroad?

Yes. Deliveries abroad (to European Union countries) are carried out mainly through Bulgarian Post, and for Austria and Germany we also offer delivery via Speedy – DPD (at the customer's choice). The shipment is sent after prepayment has been made. with a card or by bank transfer. How do I navigate correctly with the dimensions?

Can I return a purchased product?

If you are unsatisfied with the purchased product, you can return it within 14 days, the only condition being that the purchase is undamaged, clean and free of side smells. For more information, read the terms on our page "Return of goods".

Who is responsible for the courier costs when returning or exchanging a purchased product?

In cases where “Lucky Art” is not at fault for returning the goods, The return shipping costs are at the customer's expense.

How do I pay for my order?

Payments for products ordered from the lucky-handmade.com online store can be made in the following ways:

  • Cash on delivery via Postal Money Order (PPA). This payment method is available only for deliveries to Bulgaria. You can pay for the goods you ordered, in cash or by card, at the office of the selected courier or upon delivery to your address, along with the delivery fee of the courier company you selected (“Econt” or “Speedy”). When paying by cash on delivery, the delivery through both courier companies includes the FREE “Review and test” option.
    • When paying by "Cash on Delivery", please ask the courier for a "Postal Money Order" receipt. This receipt replaces the fiscal receipt and please keep it in case you decide to cancel the purchase within the statutory 14-day period.
  • Bank payment. Payment is possible from Bulgaria or from abroad. This payment method is also very profitable, as the order will be sent to you after receiving the payment on account, for which you will immediately receive an email. You can pay for the goods you ordered by bank transfer, to the bank account of the Merchant – Terratech EOOD, owner of the online store lucky-handmade.com: IBAN: BG91UNCR75271000569513; BIC (SWIFT): UNCRBGSF; Unicredit Bulbank, Holder – Terratech EOOD.
  • Online card payment (Virtual POS). Online payment by card is the most advantageous payment method, as delivery is the cheapest possible, without additional fees. Payment by card is also suitable when you want the order to be sent to an address other than yours or when you want to give a surprise or gift. Also, if you do not want to pay the courier. Online payments by card are made through the secure payment portal of the United Bulgarian Bank (UBB). Lucky-handmade.com does not have access to your bank card details. Only the United Bulgarian Bank (UBB), through whose secure payment system the payment is made, has such access. Visa and Mastercard cards are accepted.
    • When paying online by card, a fiscal receipt will be sent to you with the order, which we ask you to keep in case you decide to cancel the purchase within the legal 14-day period.
  • Payment via PayPal. Payment is possible from Bulgaria and abroad. PayPal is a secure international payment service, providing guaranteed and protected payment. To pay this way, you need to have a PayPal account. For the administration and processing of the payment through this external payment service, a fee of 3.4% of the total order amount plus a fixed amount of €0.35 is charged.
    • When paying via PayPal, a fiscal receipt will be sent to you along with the order, which we ask you to keep in case you decide to cancel the purchase within the legal 14-day period.
  • When paying online by card, via PayPal or by bank account, the shipping cost is included in the order value and you do not pay the courier.
  • Payment upon collection from the store. When choosing this payment method, your order will be kept in the "Lucky Art" store for a period of three days. No shipping or additional fees. How is the refund of the amount paid for a returned product?

Refunds for returned goods, if the returned goods meet the requirements described above, are made as follows:
* if the goods were paid by cash on delivery, the amount for the returned item is refunded within 14 (fourteen) days after receipt of the purchase refusal application form, if the goods meet the return requirements (page "Return of goods"). You can download the purchase refusal form in Bulgarian from HERE… or in English by HERE…The refund of the amount (excluding delivery costs paid by you to the courier company) will be made to the bank account you indicated in the cancellation form;
* if the goods were paid for by bank transfer, the amount for the returned item, together with the paid delivery costs, will be refunded within 14 (fourteen) days after receipt of the withdrawal form, if the goods meet the requirements for return. The refund will be made by bank transfer to the bank account you specified in the withdrawal form;
* in case the payment was made by bank card or via PayPal, the refund will be made within 14 (fourteen) days after receipt of the cancellation form, if the goods meet the requirements for return. The amount will be refunded, together with the paid delivery costs (but excluding PayPal administrative processing fees), by ordering a reverse transaction on the card with which the payment was made or on a bank account specified by you.
* Important! When returning goods, if you have paid in advance by bank transfer, card or PayPal, нShipping costs are refunded if you have chosen a shipping method other than the cheapest one offered by the Merchant during the purchase.

Is it possible for the product color to differ from the one in the photo and in reality?

The photos that present the products represent their colors most accurately. "Lucky Art" store is not responsible for the inaccurate reproduction of colors due to individual settings and technical parameters of the computer systems used to access the store. 

What is the origin of the products offered in the "Lucky Art" online store?

All products are handmade in Bulgaria, by established Bulgarian artists.

Can I make changes to my order?

After you have sent your request, it is automatically accepted. Therefore, please think carefully about your wishes before placing the order! If the correction is still necessary, you must contact us by phone, no later than 2 hours after sending the request.

Can I cancel an order?

In the event that you need to cancel an order for legitimate reasons, please contact us by phone no later than 4 hours after sending the request. Please do not order goods you do not want to buy!

Is there confidentiality of registration information?

All data required for placing an order are processed according to The Personal Data Protection Act и Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016, on the protection of natural persons in relation to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data (GDPR). The online store owns SSL certificate, with a high degree of protection.
