Shipping to Bulgaria

  • Shipping to Bulgaria are carried out with the courier companies "Econt" or "Speedy", at the Customer's choice, to the specified address or to the courier's office.
  • All online orders placed before 16.00pm are dispatched the same day. Orders received on Friday after 17.00pm or on weekends and holidays will be dispatched on the first working day.
  • Most handmade products (knitwear, jewelry, textiles) offered by https://lucky-handmade.com weigh between 100 and 500g (under 1kg) and are charged at the lowest parcel delivery rates on courier companies "Econt" or "Speedy", to an office or address according to the Customer's choice.
  • All delivery prices are according to the tariffs of the courier companies and are updated periodically.
  • Value of delivery via courier company "Econt" as of 14.12.2025:
    • Basic prices of “Econt” for delivery to an office, for parcels weighing up to 1 kg, f 6.72 lv/3,44 €, and to the Customer's address - 8.89 lv/4.55 € (for settlements without an Econt office – 11.00 BGN/5.62 €). For delivery to an office, for parcels weighing from 1 to 2 kg, the price is 7.40 lv/3.78 €, and to the Customer's address - 11.00 lv/5.62 € (for settlements without an Econt office – 13.12 BGN/6.71 €). For shipments from 2 to 5 kg, the price to the office is 8.07 lv/4.13 €, and to address – 13.97 lv/7.14 € (for settlements without an Econt office – 16.09 BGN/8.23 €)For shipments from 5 to 10 kg the price to the office is 12.89 lev/6.59 €, and to address – 20.75 lev/10.61 € (for settlements without an Econt office – 23.28/11.90 € BGN).
    • They are added to the basic delivery price of Econt 0.21 lv/0.11 € for SMS notification;
    • When choosing payment by "Cash on Delivery" and delivery with "Econt", a "Cash on Delivery" fee is added to the value of the order, in the amount of 1.49%. on the value of the order. 
    • When paying online with a card on the site or by bank account, the "Cash on Delivery" fee is not charged.
  • Delivery via courier company "Speedy" as of 14.12.2025:
    • Basic prices of "Speedy" (with lucky-handmade.com discount) for delivery to an office, for parcels weighing up to 3 kg for the city of Sofia, e 4.52 BGN/2.31 €, and outside Sofia - 4.76 lv/2.43 €. For shipments weighing from 3 kg to 6 kg, the price for delivery to an office in Sofia is 6.50 лв/3.32 €, and outside Sofia - 6.74 lv/3.45 €. For shipments weighing from 6 kg to 10 kg, the price for delivery to an office in Sofia is 8.11 lev/4.15 €, and outside Sofia - 8.35 lv/4.27 €.
    • The price for delivery to the Customer's address (with lucky-handmade.com discount) for shipments weighing up to 1 kg, for the territory of the city of Sofia, e 6.58 lv/3.36 €, and outside Sofia - 6.82 lv/3.49 €. For delivery to an address of shipments weighing from 1 to 3 kg for the territory of the city of Sofia - 7.92 lv/4.05 €, and outside Sofia - 8.16 lv/4.17 €. For delivery to an address of shipments weighing from 3 kg to 6 kg, for the city of Sofia - 13.84 lv/7.08 €, and outside Sofia - 14.08 lv/7.20 €. For delivery to an address of shipments weighing from 6 kg to 10 kg, for the city of Sofia - 15.31 lv/7.83 €, and outside Sofia - 15.55 lv/7.95 €.
    • When choosing payment by "Cash on Delivery" and delivery with the company "Speedy", a "Cash on Delivery" fee is added to the value of the order, in the amount of 0.60 lv/0.31 € for orders worth up to 72.00 BGN/36.81 € or 0.84%. for orders of greater value, regardless of the place of delivery - to an office or to an address.
    • When paying online with a card on the site or by bank account, the "Cash on Delivery" fee is not charged.
  • Slight price adjustments are possible, depending on available discounts, order weight, additional packaging, declared value for fragile shipments such as painted glass and porcelain (for "Ekont" + 0,30 %, for "Speedy" + 0,60 % on the value of the order) etc.

  • For orders over 100.00 BGN / 51.13 €, delivery to an office of the courier company “Speedy” in Bulgaria is free. In this case, upon receipt of the order, the Customer pays “Speedy” only the value of the goods and a “Cash on Delivery” fee (0.84% on the value of the goods) if he chooses this method of payment.

Shipping abroad

Deliveries abroad (for European Union countries) are carried out after prepayment by card or bank transfer, via Bulgarian Post or Speedy – DPD.   • Prices for delivery with Bulgarian Post to a post office in European Union countries, with insurance included:
    • for orders weighing up to 0.5 kg – 31.29 BGN (16.00 Euro)
    • for orders weighing from 0.5 kg to 1.0 kg – 43.03 BGN (22.00 Euro)
    • for orders weighing from 1.0 to 2.0 kg – 54.76 BGN (28.00 Euro)
    • for orders weighing from 2.0 to 5.0 kg (airmail parcel) – 95.84 BGN (49.00 Euro);

  • Prices for deliveries to address via Speedy - DPD (only to Austria and Germany)
    • for orders weighing up to 5 kg, with insurance included - 56.72 BGN (29.00 Euro)

Store pickup

If you wish, you can pick up your order from our "Lucky Art" store in the city of Sofia, "Gotse Delchev" district, 62 "Deyan Belishki" street. After placing your order online, it will be kept for three days in the store , through which you can visit us and pick up your purchase.

Payments

Payments for products ordered from the lucky-handmade.com online store can be made in the following ways:

  • Cash on delivery via Postal Money Order (PPA). This payment method is available only for deliveries to Bulgaria and payment in BGN. You can pay for the goods you ordered, in cash and or by card, at the office of the selected courier or upon delivery to your address, together with the delivery fee of the courier company of your choice ("Econt" or "Speedy"). You can see the shipping charges of each of the companies above. When paying by cash on delivery, the "View and test" option is included FREE of charge in the delivery by both courier companies.
    • When paying by "Cash on Delivery", please ask the courier for a "Postal Money Order" receipt. This receipt replaces the fiscal receipt and please keep it in case you decide to cancel the purchase within the statutory 14-day period.
  • Online card payment (Virtual POS). Online payment by card is the most advantageous payment method, as delivery is the cheapest possible, without additional fees. Payment by card is also suitable when you want the order to be sent to an address other than yours or when you want to give a surprise or gift. Also, if you do not want to pay the courier. Online payments by card are made through the secure payment portal of the United Bulgarian Bank (UBB). Lucky-handmade.com does not have access to your bank card details. Only the United Bulgarian Bank (UBB), through whose secure payment system the payment is made, has such access. Visa and Mastercard cards are accepted.
  • When paying online by card, a fiscal receipt will be sent to you with the order, which we ask you to keep in case you decide to cancel the purchase within the legal 14-day period.
  • Bank payment. Payment is possible from Bulgaria or from abroad. This payment method is also very profitable, as the order will be sent to you after receiving the payment on account, for which you will immediately receive an email. You can pay for the goods you ordered by bank transfer, to the bank account of the Merchant – Terratech EOOD, owner of the online store lucky-handmade.com: IBAN: BG91UNCR75271000569513; BIC (SWIFT): UNCRBGSF; Unicredit Bulbank, Holder – Terratech EOOD.
  • When paying online by card or bank account, the delivery cost is included in the order value and you do not pay the delivery company.
  • Payment upon collection from the store. When choosing this payment method, your order will be kept in the "Lucky Art" store for a period of three days. No shipping or additional fees. Visit the store within this period to collect and pay for your order. Address of "Lucky Art" store: city of Sofia, "Gotse Delchev" district, 62 "Deyan Belishki" street.

To check the shipping cost before deciding whether to buy a product, you can add it to the cart ("Buy" button), then you will see the basic cost of shipping to an address or office of both courier companies.

Review and test

  • When shipping with "Speedy" and paying with "Cash on delivery", the "View and test" option is free and included in the delivery.
  • For payments other than "Cash on Delivery", the courier company "Speedy" charges an additional fee for "Inspection and Test", therefore this option is not included for delivery with "Speedy" and online payment by card or bank account.
  • When delivered with "Ekont", the "View and test" option is included, regardless of the payment method.
  • When delivering to a "Speedy" or "Ekont" vending machine, the "View and test" option is not available.
  • For deliveries abroad, via "Bulgarian Post", the "View and test" option is not available.
